This set is from Singapore. It's a pretty good looking Transformers bootleg called Battle Patrol. 
The set features four mini vehicles. Two tanks, jeep, and a jet. Based on the pictures below, I bet that this is a direct bootleg toy. Definitely not one of the typical bootleg Transformers toys as seen elsewhere on this site.
