Here are close up of the action figures
from the bootleg toy line : Star Wars: Episode One The Phantom Menace.
Battle Droid:
As you can see, he has no eyes.
Actually, on other bootleg Battle Droids, the eyes are green dots that
are painted on the head. Notice the lack of articulation at the elbows
and hips?
Jar Jar Binks:
This figure is probably the most
accurate of all the toys in this line of bootlegs. That is if you overlook
the bright orange plastic and the wrong colors for Jar Jar's clothes.
Queen Amidala:
Yes, those are black spots of
paint on her face.
Young Anakin Skywalker:
No facial details at all. What
happened to his nose and mouth?
I actually have a couple of Anakins
where he looks like an old man.
Padme Naberrie:
One word.....Bleaaaaahhhhh!!!!!
Qui-Gon Jinn:
SPOILER!!! If you haven't seen
the movie, don't read this comment.
If this were the real toy, everybody
would be glad that he is dead.
Obi-Wan Kenobi:
Well, he looks like a girl with
a ponytail to me.
Darth Maul:
All I can say about this figure
is, Bwaaaa hah hah hah hah hah!!!!
