Okay, these
are not really Transformers. But they are neat little toys that transform
from one shape to another.
Beast
Fighters
First up
is a four series set of transforming toys called "Beast Fighters". The
four figures in the series are a Bat- Bot, Panther-Bot, Falcon-Bot
and a Tiger-Bot. They generally are about three inches long. The card for
each of these toys features artwork specifically for each "Bot". On the
back of the card are the instructions for transforming the animal to its
"Bot" form. I kind of like these toys simply because they are different
from other transforming toys I have seen. The only thing that I would consider
a minus is the fact that there are some loose parts that have to be attached
to the toy. These parts could be easily lost.
Here
is the back of the card with the instructions for "transforming" the toy.
Titanic-Bot Here it
is! My favorite new toy. The name of this toy speaks for itself. Needless
to say, the makers of this toy have attempted to latch onto the popularity
of the movie. Actually, I think it was a neat idea. The makers even put
the Titanic name on the toy ship.
Here is
the front and the back of the card.
Here is the Titanic-Bot in its Robot state.
Space
Robot
Next up is a toy sent to me by a fellow toy collector. (Thanks Eric Young!). It is a knock off of a real Transformer. If I remember correctly, this is a knock off of Rumbler. This guy measures about six inches in height. It's called Space Robot. I'm afraid to take it out of the package. It's my only one and I worry that it may fall apart on me. ![]()
RoboCop
Last (for
now) is my RoboCop transformer. Okay, he really isn't a Transformer, his
motorcycle is a Transformer. It is a neat toy. Unfortunately, the RoboCop
toy that I ripped out of the package is at my sisters house. So a pic of
the toy with the motorcycle in the robot state is gonna have to wait a
little while. Next time I stop by my sister's house, I'll see if my nephew
will let me borrow the toy for a couple of days. In the meantime, here
is the toy in its package.
